concrete repair, lifting & replacement.
A common expression in construction is it’s not IF the concrete will crack, it’s WHEN.
The same can be said of uneven concrete settling around your property. For almost all cases, significant cracks and shifting in cement concrete are usually the result of voids that develop underneath the slab. Shifting soils, moisture, and loading all affect the integrity of stable concrete over time.
Uneven and unstable surfaces become hazards and often affect water drainage which can damage adjacent structures and cause soil erosion. Sunken concrete can become a trip hazard, an eye sore, and negatively affect your property value.
Fast & Reliable. Concrete Experts You Can Trust.
Raise it. Don’t replace it.
The cost of raising is typically 30-50% less than concrete replacement. Repair time is reduced from days to hours. The void beneath the slab is permanently filled and the subsoil is stabilized. The polyurethane mixture is water resistant and aids in erosion control.
Landscaping and adjoining structures are left clean and undisturbed. It is the green alternative to dumping old concrete and steel into a landfill. Cleanup consists of little more than sweeping concrete dust into a dust pan.
Our repair is warranted for a full year!
the green foam solution.
Whether the concrete slabs are shifting or sunken due to the settlement of the foundation, soil erosion, or any other contributing factors, it's important to remember that replacing or demolishing the entire concrete can be very costly and most times unnecessary.
Our integrative approach includes using a foam injection to expand under the sunken or shifting concrete slab. This alternative solution is designed to lift your property back to its original structure and is fairly fast to complete. It causes minimum disruption, eliminates tripping hazards and ensures a surface that stays secure and even.

HOW IT WORKS
We value your time, so we ensure that our entire repair process will only take a few hours! First, 5/8” holes are strategically drilled through the slab until a passage is created to the subsoil. A two-part, self expanding polyurethane resin is pumped under pressure through the drilled holes. As the foam expands, the concrete is raised to the appropriate level. The drill holes are patched with a fast setting concrete mixture. The subsoil is now stabilized and the slab is at the proper level. The concrete is immediately restored to normal function.
NO cure time, NO debris removal, NO clean up, NO landscape damage.
